An on purpose accident?

The US government has a habit of “losing” weapons in Syria.

It happens to often all over the world, you have to wonder if these accidents are on purpose.

Even the government is investigating itself on this one, but don’t ask the White House of the State Department for details. They won’t even say who is doing the investigation.
