An eyewitness to mysterious contractors who carried out an unprecedented “power down” of the World Trade Center the weekend right before 9/11.

David Forbes has worked as a Senior Database Administrator at the World Trade Center since 1998.

The full power-down operation the weekend before 9/11 had no pre-existing written procedures in place, indicating that it was a brand new never-before-run “drill.”

It was announced out of the blue with no warning and no technical advice or assistance from the building’s landlord or security.

Had Mr. Forbes not had the day off that day he likely would have been one of the people killed in the tower collapse.
