What does it cost to get a country (Ecuador) to throw a journalist (Julian Assange) under the bus?
Goldman Sachs and the US got a bargain price of a little less than $1 billion.
$997 million to be precise.
Let’s be clear: Julian Assange is the single most important journalist of our new century.
He has never had to retract a single story he’s run and has managed to take down some of the biggest evil forces in the world.
And for that, I’m afraid he will ultimately die in a US prison.
