I finally got around to seeing the speech given by the dementia patient posing as the President of the United States.

Conclusion: Hateful, divisive, and an absolute abuse of his office.

Very possibly the most toxic utterances from anyone in the White House ever (which is saying a lot).

That said, the response should be ridicule.
