While the Democrats slept, the Republicans backed by massive amounts of Dark Money figured out how to use technology to re-arrange voting districts all over the country to turn Democratic majority states into Republican strongholds.

The pay off is regions that are 30% Republican are able to out Republicans in Congressional seats.
