Seriously, if the standards in Libya applied in Canada (or the US for that matter), there’d need to be a No Fly Zone over Ottawa and Washington DC.
Note: Canadian’s Supreme Leader Stephen Harper gleefully committed Canadian forces to aid the Libyan coup…uh liberation…uh humanitarian action.
