The CIA was found culpable in the poisoning of this former employee, a security officer, and his family.

Then when a judge ordered the Agency to compensate them financially, they backed out of a signed agreement and convinced the judge to dismiss the case of the grounds of “national security.”

Shipp was threatened with punishment if he ever talked about the case.

He talked about it anyway.
