Polar Pure Needs Your Help
Polar Pure needs your help to bring it back on the market. Polar Equipment can no longer supply distributors with the product because of demands placed upon them by the DEA.
How Can I Help?
They have received this question from many longtime and potential customers wishing to purchase Polar Pure. So how you help resolve the issue with the State of CA and the DEA?
Ultimately, they need approval of the DEA to continue to distribute Polar Pure Water Disinfectant. One way you can help is to write to the Administrator of the DEA. Explain why it is important to you that Polar Pure continues to be made available for sale as a choice for water treatment.
It appears that mailing a letter is necessary – no e-mail address is available on the DEA website.
Please address your correspondence to:
Ms. Michele Leonhart, DEA Administrator

The Issue with Polar Pure
The advantage and the issue with Polar Pure Water Disinfectant is iodine. While iodine proves to be an effective method for water treatment, it can unfortunately somehow be used as one of many ingredients used in the illicit manufacture of methamphetamine. There are apparently many methods used to manufacture methamphetamine, not all require iodine. The State of CA and the federal DEA implemented stricter regulations for iodine to control its possible diversion for illicit use.
For a full explanation of the issue see Polar Pure Availability Update.
