Everybody is sure you should drink lots and lots and lot of water to be healthy.
Here’s the way the advice goes:
“Drink water even when you are not thirsty because you can’t rely on your own sense of thirst.”
Really?
Does that make sense?
Is there a downside to force feeding yourself excessive amounts of water?
