Stalled cyclists

This shot taken looking up Market Street just before the wave of police assaults began. Police have blocked off Market Street at 5th and are in the process of surrounding the trapped cyclists. Cyclists are off their bicycles or are sitting on them waiting for what they think is a “traffic jam” to clear up.
