Not everyone was so lucky

Many cyclists, after being knocked down, were put in dangerous and painful holds like this one that are normally used only for violent prisoners. This amount of weight on a person’s neck can easily cause a serious and potentially life threatening injury.

In the next frame, a cylist pleads with the officer to end the abuse while two other officers stand by and allow it to continue.
