As if the title of Thomas Dolby’s classic song from the ’80s, “Blinded me with Science” didn’t describe the last 3 years accurately enough, this new version by Media Bear takes it to a whole new level.
Here are a few definitions for those who need a refresher:
PSYOPS (Psychological Operations): Operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and behavior. By lowering the adversary’s morale and efficiency, PSYOPS can also discourage aggressive actions by creating indifference within their ranks, ultimately leading to surrender.
Gaslighting: A psychological tactic for manipulating someone in a way that makes them question their own reality. Making someone think they’re going crazy.
