Moral injury in the time of covid
Order What the Nurses Saw
The suicide rate among nurses has risen drastically since the beginning of the COVID Panic.
Why?
In the best of times, our hospital system is so poorly managed that nurses have to work in seemingly superhuman ways just to do their jobs.
During COVID it became a nearly impossible task.
All of this distress takes its toll.
Today I’m talking with Ashley Grogg on coming to terms with this terrible fact, and how we can move on with forgiveness and integrity toward a better future.
Please be sure to send this to any nurses or frontline workers you may know.
