Step One: Do not microwave food especially food packaged in plastics

Step Two: Do not buy and drink beverages that come in plastics

Step Three: If is comes in a box, a bag, a carton, a can or a bottle

It’s odd that the news media is 1000% worried about a virus which appears in people who are subject to air pollution injuries, but have zero interest in plastics that literally undermine immunity at the cellular level.

When asked a pointed question, the key bureaucrat said: “Turn off the camera.”
