1. He made his money selling “bait and switch” deals, promising one thing and delivering a whole lot less

2. For the most part, his customers were rich people – unless you’re talking about Trump University which was a coldly calculated rip-off of desperate working people

3. He’s a great “communicator,” is willing to say and do anything to in, and the dysfunctional news media is letting him get away with it.
