What has happened to San Francisco that enables members of the San Francisco Police Department to feel free to assault innocent people in broad daylight in front of scores of witnesses?

What has happened to San Francisco that has diminished the integrity of its local news media to the point that it won't report information about a serious public safety problem to its citizens?

What has happened to San Francisco that it tolerates a mayor who verbally bashes bicyclists and parties while citizens and visitors are the victims of violence by out-of-control police officers?
